Sumit Shandilya

Mr. Shandilya is an operations, analytics, Industry 4.0 and a quality management professional, consultant, and a trainer. He is also an adjunct & visiting professor at various reputed universities. He is a key professional for deployment of Quality Management system, Lean manufacturing system, Six Sigma, TQM, TPM, Problem Solving and Operational Performance Excellence. His diverse range of consulting & training experience includes providing onsite vendor up-gradation through cluster activity, vendor system audit, conducting public & in-house trainings courses and onsite support. He has supported and mentored various organization for activities related to implementation of tools like SPC & MSA, FMEA, IATF 16949, APQP & PPAP, Lean Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Business Analytics, Problem Solving, Plant Maintenance, DOE, TQM, Malcolm Baldrige Business Excellence Model etc.

He has been a recipient of numerous prestigious awards for his contribution in Industry like Young Leader of the year, Best facilitator award, Best Guru Award, National merit award, speaker of the session award, best researcher award, best trainer award, best consultant award and so on.

He has worked and headed multiple leadership and managerial positions like Chief Business Excellence Officer, General Manager etc. with various big business houses of the country like Ispat Industries Limited, Balasore Alloys limited, HERO MotoCorp Limited, Maruti Center for Excellence - Maruti Suzuki India Limited and VISA Steel Limited.

He is also a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, Lead Auditor – ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:20015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 27001:2013 & ISO 20000:2018, Quality Council of India empanelled Lean consultant and a certified ZED consultant.

Madhulika Shandilya

Mrs. Shandilya is an academician. She is an avid speaker, reader and diligent learner by profession. She has been an teacher of mathematics with experience in various government and private institutions of India. For a short duration of time, she has also been in the role of Head of HR & Administration for a training and consulting firm.

Academically, she is a Master in Mathematics, Master in Education, Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching, a Bachelor in Mathematics and a Bachelor in Education.

Madhulika, is handling the role of Executive Director - Services and Chief Human Resource Officer in the organization. Apart from the mentioned role, she is also the incharge of entire administration .
